About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, playing a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Process mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and order replacements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and a willingness to learn
