Charter Sales Executive

Your primary duty will be charter and subcharter sale, preparing quotes and contracts for the charter clients based on fleet availability and the clients individual requirements. You will also negotiate prices and conditions, create and handle invoices and secures payment for the flights, develop and nourish relationships with clients and ensure that superior level of customer service is provided to them at all times. Establishing new client relationships through meetings, expos and networking, will be your duties as well. You will be responsible for advertising the fleet and its availability. You will also cooperate and coordinate with other departments within the company, especially during flight preparation, tracks the flight execution and intervenes if necessary.

A few years relevant work experience in aviation industry;

Be fluent in written and spoken English;

Willing to relocate to Ljubljana (main office is based in Slovenia, Ljubljana).

Flight Dispatcher (FOO) – Slovenia

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Flight Dispatcher (FOO) to join our dedicated multi-cultural team in Slovenia.

 

You will be responsible for flight preparation, flight planning and other arrangements connected to the flight operations of A/C on 3 AOCs.

Global IFR/VFR, short range and ultra-long rage EROPS flight planning in compliance with 3 AOC’s, flight safety and flight planning laws.

Flight feasibility checks.

Coordinating airport slots and prior permissions.

Arranging handling/fuel/VIP and additional lavatory, water, towing, GPU, ASU equipment for the aircraft as necessary.

Arranging over flight/landing permissions globally.

Managing passenger details and arranging customs and immigration services as required for example eAPIS.

Reading and analyze FIR/Enroute/Station Notams, TAF and METAR in the preparation and final dispatch stage of flight planning and acting accordingly should they affect.

Arranging additional insurance coverage for aircraft operating into and out of places/countries on coverage exclusion lists and have UN sanctions against them.

Maintaining watch of worldwide traffic flow and planning accordingly.

Updating crew about slots that may be incurred due to European Central flow management.

Worldwide Weather monitoring.

Geopolitics and security monitoring.

Successful applicants are required to have:

Essential

Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or higher education

3 years experience of working in OPS department

Knowledge of regulations and requirements.

A highly process driven approach to problem solving.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Proven record as a ‘Team Player’.

Willingness to work to objectives set by the OCC Supervisor.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability of independent decision making.

Ability to work under pressure.

Optional

Holds a valid Dispatch License.

Previous experience with PPS flight planning software.

 

Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Employment agreement for one year with option for extension.

Experience with Maintenance Control Centre operations (trouble shooting processes and procedures)
